Stephanie’s passion is guiding organizations and teams through challenging situations and change.
She brings a combination of marketing, change management, and human-centered design to her approach, leveraging team dynamics to create the most impactful and sustainable results.
Stephanie’s industry experience includes executive and P&L positions with start-ups, nonprofits, and Fortune 500 companies such as: Time Warner, National Geographic Channel, Verizon, and Black & Decker where she built a track record of creating high-performing teams in VUCA environments.
Her quest to unearth barriers to strategy success and peak performance led her to psychological safety in 2016. She is part of the invitation-only first cohort in North America to complete training and become certified from The Fearless Organization in psychological safety team development.
Stephanie stands firmly behind the power of psychological safety, as it improves team effectiveness by 43% and is foundational to strategy success, including change and diversity initiatives.
With her blend of business acumen and people-focused approach, she embeds change leadership, teaming, and strategic thinking into engagements, empowering teams to develop and execute adaptive strategies that are responsive to changing conditions..
